These hold the bags open while suspending them clear of the floor. Bag hooks have rubber grommets to hold the bag securely yet release easily. 1" Diameter chrome plated steel tube frame with 3" diameter swivel casters. Folds for easy storage.  21" width holds 2 bags. 32" width holds 4 bags.
