Orders can be placed by phone, fax or on-line using our secure server. Also, inquiries can be submitted to biz2bizonline@live.com if you can't find what you're looking for online. It never hurts to ask, because the product you're after may just not be online yet.

Ordering:

  • Order On-line Securely by using our Safe Shopping Cart located on our product pages.
  • For California orders, our "shop cart" will assess California Sales Taxes based on "ship to" zip codes. Non-California orders ship tax-free.
  • All orders (except for qualified corporate and domestic government purchase orders) must be prepaid with either a credit card, check or bank wire transfer.
  • Fax your P.O. (Government and qualified corporate only) toll free to 877-202-0019.
  • To prepay with check, print your order via our shop cart and mail order with payment to the address below.

Our Return Policy:

Biz2Biz Online honors the return policy and minimum order requirements of each manufacturer. All returns must be done within 30 days after receipt of order. Full refunds or equal exchanges are NOT available if purchaser has changed their mind, made an error or determined a product is no longer wanted. In such instances, a restocking fee will be charged and purchaser will be responsible for all freight. Our manufacturer restocking fees range from 30-40%. So please read product descriptions carefully and call us with any questions.

If your order arrives damaged and you either note the damage on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery, we will provide a replacement at no additional costs and we will do our best to rush your replacement order to you as quickly as possible or issue you a 100% credit, whichever you prefer. However, if you claim damage after receipt of a product (concealed damage), a full credit may not be available or issued. So we request that you thoroughly inspect your merchandise before signing for it.

Shipping:
  1. Most selections are shipped via UPS services or freight services(truck). In the majority of product selections the ship costs are in the cart system. These ship costs are based on the shipment of a few items. So when purchasing multiple items (especially larger items), the ship costs calculated in the cart may seem unreasonably high. In these cases, please submit your order for a quote only by selecting the Quote Only at the bottom of the order page in place of your payment information. We can then provide the corrected freight quote to you. Of course, you are welcome to call us toll free at 1-800-338-5370
  2. Freight services are quoted for Dock-to-Dock delivery in the Continental U.S.A. 48 states only. To upgrade to inside delivery or lift gate service (usually for residential deliveries), please select the freight option for this service in the shopping cart.
  3. Look for "Free Shipping" throughout our web site. Free shipping is indicated both on the product pages and in our shopping cart. Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. 48 states only.
  4. If you prefer to use your own company UPS, Fed Ex or Freight accounts please provide this information in the comments section of your order. We can easily facilitate this for you without any additional fees or handling charges as is sometimes the practice.
  5. Some delivery locations such as New York City for example require a delivery surcharge. If this is the case - and if you live or work there you are probably already aware of this - we will confirm with you any additional delivery fees prior to processing your order.
  6. In many cases our ordering system does not charge a ship fee for accessories to larger items. However, if ordered separately, a UPS charge will apply. We will confirm this with you prior to processing your order of the accessories only.
  7. Overseas shipments to be arranged by customer's carrier or freight forwarder. We can arrange delivery to US based freight forwarder's facility.
